Day 10

Good sunday morning sunshine.
Minus 20 but when you turned your face to the sun you could feel its radiance on your cheeks.
Walking everyday fills me up with the simplicity of sensation. Perhaps this will dampen my enthusiasm for jalepeno chips and hyper-analysis.

I love how the puzzle-like pieces of ice roll with the harbour underneath.

We always joke about Bob's cold-defensive hunch-back posture from October to April.
After this pic he of course fake-slips on the ice and fake-falls into the lake for my viewing pleasure.

  1. I really love and enjoy reading your everyday post here, how I wish I can do it also. Seems that at the end of this journey, you will see the wonders of God creations. Love it! Keep it up!

  2. Thank-you so much Almz! I think you can do it too - just click on "Create blog" and figure it out by trial and error - you can start simple and make adjustments along the way!

  3. It's not what I mean Ms. Marcella, I mean walking everyday not because of a challenge in the class or habit but as an exercise that I will do for me to have a nice and healthy body.

  4. What kind of exercises could you do? I know going out for a walk in this weather might be too much of a challenge, unless you attach skiis to your wheelchair and have your husband push, but what are other things you can do? I am sure the YMCA has fitness programs for physically disabled - but I think the closest YMCA is in Oakville...does the Town of Milton Recreation department have any disabled fitness programs?

  5. I don't have any idea if what kind of exercise that I could do, but one of this day I'll try to inquire to keep me physically fit despite the fact that am a wheelchair user.
